Trivia: the Indian Army

Founded on April 1, 1895, with the motto, ‘Service before Self’, the Indian Army has been working day and night since then to keep the nation sound and solid. And, not just that, they have achieved many milestones throughout their journey, which give us many reasons to be proud of them.

The Indian Army recently celebrated the 69th Indian Army Day in New Delhi on January 15 to pay homage to the courageous soldiers who have laid down their lives in the quest of keeping the nation safe and secure. The Indian Armed Forces, in true sense, provide shade and security so that each of us can sleep peacefully and many of us would not even know about their achievements and stellar contributions to civilian lives.
