Media India Group has interviewed Salma, an Afghani refugee, and Abubakar, a Somali refugee, on the challenges they faced when they fled their war thorn countries and came to India, from rebuilding their life, to the issue of racism and discrimination. They are giving examples of what refugees can bring to India in terms of human resources. Salma is teaching yoga and Abubakar is working as an interpreter. Both of them want to help people from their own community.
