Rajwadi Dhokli is a dish rooted deep in the Kathiyavadi culture. It is said that when in the olden days, women couldn’t go out to buy vegetables, they would fix up a meal with anything available to them; Rajwadi Dhokli comes from that era. Now a part of the Gujarati culture, the dish is relished by all.
