MEA unveils Twitter Seva to address Indians in distress

With the launch of the new service Twitter Seva, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs’ extensive use of social media to reach out to citizens got a further boost. Twitter Seva will enable timely, transparent and large-scale response to citizens’ tweets in real time.
