Discover the August issue of ‘Colours of India’. We start the journey with the famous Dharohar folk dance in Udaipur, in Rajasthan. Then we take you to rural West Bengal, to experience the Baul traditional music, dance and repertory theater, performed by Santhal tribe artists. The next stop is Shantiniketan’s unique open air university founded by literature Nobel Prize laureate and Bengali legendary artist Rabindranath Tagore. And finally head to the capital of India to meet Indian painter Rajesh Baderia and international fashion designer Suneet Varma to talk about their own colours of India.
