Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the signing of Landmark Kanpur as part of its JdV by Hyatt brand, set to open in early 2026. Located in one of Kanpur’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, the hotel boasts 170 rooms, multiple dining options, a spa, and event spaces.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced signing of Landmark Kanpur, which will become part of the JdV by Hyatt brand and is its second property in the city in eastern Uttar Pradesh.

In a press statement, Hyatt says that Landmark Kanpur reinforces its commitment to growing its portfolio of independent, experience-driven lifestyle hotels in key cities across India. The hotel will feature 170 rooms, a spa, four food and beverage outlets and varied event facilities including a lush 700 sqm lawn on the 21-st floor, catering to both corporate travellers and social groups. The property is being restored to meet the elevated design and experience standards of the JdV by Hyatt brand, it adds.

According to Hyatt, Landmark Kanpur will offer a contemporary lodging option unlike any other in the area.
