Bahrain secures key global partnerships ahead of BIAS 2026
Major aerospace players confirm participation

Bahrain has secured major new and renewed partnerships for the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS), a leading aerospace and defence trade show, as preparations intensify for its 2026 edition at Sakhir Airbase.

During its participation at the Dubai Airshow 2025, that concluded last week in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain secured a series of new and renewed partnerships for the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS 2026), reinforcing preparations for the next edition scheduled for November 18–20, 2026 at Sakhir Airbase in the country.
In a press statement, BIAS says that the delegation was led by Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, who held meetings with major aerospace and aviation companies to discuss participation, collaboration, and investment opportunities for BIAS 2026.
It adds that the global companies including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Thales confirmed their presence at the 2026 show, alongside Joramco, DHL, DFS Aviation, Chevron, Bahrain Airport Services, Aloula Aviation and Valo Aviation.

It adds that the BIAS has developed into a key biennial event for companies seeking access to regional and international networks.
According to organisers, with momentum building ahead of the 2026 edition, Bahrain is preparing to host participants and exhibitors from across global aviation, continuing its efforts to expand the sector’s contribution to the national economy.
