Didier Kayat named new Chairman of French aircraft maker Daher
Daher Group, a leading player in the global aeronautics sector, has announced significant changes to its leadership team with the appointment of Didier Kayat as the Chairman of the Board, in addition to his current role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Patrick Daher.
In addition, Olivier Genis, a Board Director since 2020, has been appointed as Vice President of the Board of Directors.
In a press statement, Daher says that Didier Kayat has supported Patrick Daher since the early 2000s, helping to position the company among the top 50 global aeronautics groups.
Daher expresses gratitude to Patrick Daher, for his exceptional contributions to the Group’s growth and strengthening in all areas under his Chairmanship.
Daher says that Patrick Daher’s commitment to key aerospace sector bodies, particularly the French GIFAS industry association, has significantly enhanced Daher’s influence. He has also given the company a clear corporate purpose.
