Leading Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer says its Phenom 300 series remained the world’s best-selling light jet for the 14th consecutive year, according to data released by the General Aviation Manufacturers Association during its State of the Industry press conference in Washington, DC.  The data also confirmed the aircraft as the most delivered twin-engine jet for the sixth year in a row.

In a press statement, Embraer says that the company delivered 72 Phenom 300 series aircraft in 2025, the highest annual total for the model this decade. Embraer reported more than 900 jets from the series are in service across 70 countries, with over 2.9 million flight hours logged.

It adds that the total executive aviation deliveries reached 155 aircraft in 2025, meeting the top end of company guidance.

The jet’s avionics include the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System, autothrottle, synthetic vision, and emergency descent capability. The aircraft also incorporates features used in larger business jets, including single-point refuelling and an external servicing system.

Beyond the light jet segment, Embraer delivered 69 aircraft from its Praetor line in 2025. The company said the Praetor fleet has now surpassed 400 aircraft delivered worldwide.
