The event brings together tourism stakeholders from India and international destinations
Featuring over 850 exhibitors representing more than 25 international destinations and over 25 Indian states, and showcasing travel offerings across leisure, luxury, adventure, wellness, pilgrimage, cruises, hospitality, travel technology and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE), the India International Travel Mart (IITM) Bengaluru 2026 opened at Tripura Vasini, Palace Grounds, Bengaluru on Thursday.
In a press statement, the organisers say buyers from Bengaluru and key feeder markets including Mysuru, Mangaluru, Hubballi, Belagavi, Davanagere, Shivamogga, Salem, Coimbatore, Erode and Tirupati are participating in large numbers, reinforcing Bengaluru’s position as one of India’s fastest-growing travel markets.

According to the organisers, Karnataka is the host state for the event, while Odisha Tourism, Kerala and Rajasthan Tourism are partner states. Punjab, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh Tourism are featured states, while Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Meghalaya, Diu and Daman, and Lakshadweep are focus destinations.
