The upcoming hotel will cater to business and leisure travellers visiting the city
In a move to expand its presence in Rajasthan, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, an Indian hospitality group, has signed a 90-key greenfield hotel, Cozzet Grand Jagatpura, marking its fifth property in Jaipur.
In a press statement, Cygnett says that the upcoming property will be located in Jagatpura, an emerging residential and commercial area of Jaipur, and will cater to business travellers, leisure guests and visitors travelling to the city for professional and personal engagements.
The signing comes as Cygnett accelerates the expansion of Cozzet
The hotel will feature 90 contemporary rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and a gymnasium. Developed under the Cozzet Grand brand, the property will focus on modern accommodation, efficient service and essential amenities at accessible price points.

Cozzet currently has a development pipeline of approximately 600 keys, with properties under development and in pre-opening stages across Noida, Ayodhya, Amritsar, Jaipur and Arunachal Pradesh, among other destinations.
