Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India, a subdisiary of the diversified Berkshire Hathway group, will enter hospitality business and collaborate with leading developers across the country to offer end-to-end club management facilities through unique business models and also to take customer experience in another whole new level.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India announced that the company plans to enter into hospitality business offering end-to-end club management services through unique business models across the country.

In a press release, the company says it will offer services like feasibility report, member management, technical and design support, food and beverage operations, event management, asset management, manpower management, procurement management, sports and fitness management and many more. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India will collaborate with leading developers across the country and offer end-to-end management facilities for their clubs.

“Hospitality industry is increasing steadily post Covid-19, and is projected to grow from USD 1.7 billion in 2019 to USD 10.0 billion by 2026 pan India. This is an opportune time to invest. We aspire to take the entire gamut of customer experience to another whole level,” says Shrey Aeren, Managing Director & Country Head of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India.

Rakesh Chaturvedi, a veteran of the Indian Hospitality Industry for more than three decades, will be heading the vertical here. He has worked with various leading hotel chains like Taj, Jaypee, Clarks and Spree being his last assignment as Executive Vice President for more than a decade.

“As per the new normal, society/residential and city clubs have become a place of importance, space for socialising and networking. With the growing number of residential projects in the country, clubs have been growing abundantly too.
