A wellbeing retreat, Dharana at Shillim has unveiled the programmes as part of its ongoing commitment to address complex modern health challenges, reinforcing the retreat’s core belief that meaningful wellbeing outcomes require time, structured care and sustained clinical engagement.

Announcing the launch at an event held on Thursday in Delhi, Dharana highlighted that while the global wellness industry increasingly focusses on short-format interventions, the retreat continues to take a differentiated approach, grounded in the clinical reality that deep, structural healing cannot be compressed.

Each programme is designed as a targetted, evidence-based pathway addressing concerns such as metabolic health, cognitive fatigue, gut health, chronic stress and preventative cardiology. By integrating advanced diagnostics with traditional Ayurvedic sciences, the programmes enable personalised interventions that begin prior to arrival and extend well beyond the client’s stay.

In a press statement, the wellness retreat says that developed by its multidisciplinary clinical team, the new programmes respond to the physiological and emotional pressures of contemporary life through carefully sequenced, long-stay protocols.

The statement adds that the retreat continues to set benchmarks for transformative wellbeing rooted in time, evidence and intentional care.

“True wellbeing is not achieved through shortcuts, the body requires time to recalibrate, repair and restore balance. These programmes reflect our clinical philosophy, combining data-led diagnostics with time-tested healing systems to deliver outcomes that last well beyond a guest’s time with us,” says Dr Shaji, Chief Wellness Officer, Dharana at Shillim.
