Online travel agency, Cleartrip, has launched a new feature to align customer’s travel choices with emotions and experience.
Cleartrip, an online travel agency owned by e-commerce giant Flipkart, has announced the introduction of a new feature to help customers in hotel bookings by focusing on the overall vibe and mood of the trip.
In a press statement, Cleartrip says that booking hotels on the new feature, ‘exploring hotels by vibe’ eliminates the hassle of juggling through multiple sites and helps the users select the hotel as per their mood.
Cleartrip says that this new feature categorises destinations and accommodations based on distinct moods like a romantic getaway for millennial couples, an adventure-filled escape for Gen Z adventurers or a serene escape for families seeking a hassle-free vacation.
The online travel company says that with 11 travel vibes spanning over 5,000 hotels in 23 cities, consumers can effortlessly find stays and the company will continue to add more destinations as part of this new hotel discovery feature based on users’ feedback.
