Battle of Saragarhi: Tale of exemplary courage

On September 12, 1897, 21 Sikh soldiers of the 36th Sikhs faced off about 14,000 armed Afridi & Orakzai tribals who attacked the outpost of Fort Saragarhi in North Western Frontier Province in present day Pakistan.
