Koli Taal: Mystery of Missing Rooster

Abhilash Shetty, a young filmmaker from Karnataka, gains international recognition with his debut project — a Kannada feature film, Koli Taal that is making news on international film festival circuits. The film, set in a real-life rural background of the village where Shetty grew up and where his grandparents stay even now, has already received rave reviews. In the film, Shetty invites the viewers to immerse themselves in the world of these simple folk as a grandson and grandparents rekindle their relationship. His film has premiered in many international film festivals including the New York Indian film festival and Indian Film Festival Stuttgart.
