Samosa’s culinary tale!

Samosa is the most common street snack in Delhi. It is a fried pastry filled with tangy potatoes, onions. The snack has undergone a culinary twist over time. Chefs are experimenting with the fillings. From fruits, cottage cheese and lentils to chocolate, they have it all. The traditional versions are savoured the most. Interestingly, the snack has its origin in the 10th century Middle East.
