Smart Starts feat. The Art of Sport | Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi

The Art of Sport is an out-of-the-box startup in Delhi that focuses on the overall development of girls aged between 3-16 years, through sport and group therapy.  Run by a team of skilled professionals including licensed sports coaches and child psychologists, every session at the AOS is planned according to the attention required by each girl.

Richard, the founder at The Art of Sport feels that the avenue offered to girls for their physical development is far less than what is given to the boys. Nupur, the co-founder discovered that the “not being sporty” tag was leading to a number of depression and self-harm cases. However, by putting the girls through the sessions at The Art of Sport, is helping them build a sense of togetherness, thus enhancing their personalities.
