We are in the south Indian state of Karnataka at the glorious Mysore Palace, which is the royal and official residence of the Wadiyars, the former ruling family of the city of Mysore. The palace is said to play host to an average 2.5 million tourists each year and is one of the most famous tourist attractions in the state. An architectural masterpiece built in 1912, it boasts of Indo-Saracenic style, which outshines everything in its vicinity with its regal demeanor.
