Hyatt to set up first branded hotel in Sangli

115 rooms in hotel in partnership with Shah Lagoo Properties

Hyatt Hotels has announced the signing of a management agreement with Shah Lagoo Properties to set up Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli in Sangli.

Hyatt Hotels has announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with Shah Lagoo Properties for setting up Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli in Sangli district of western Maharashtra.

According to a press statement, the hotel will be a part of SL Highstreet, a mixed-use development, featuring premium office spaces and upscale retail in the region that is a leading sugar producing area of Maharashtra. Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli will feature 115 rooms with distinct zones for sleeping, working and relaxing, adds the statement.

According to Hyatt, the hotel offers a range of amenities including a vibrant 24/7 dining venue serving freshly prepared meals, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool. For events and gatherings, the property will also offer versatile banquet and conference facilities.
