The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), a leading association promoting business and trade based in Kolkata, will organise the Hospitality and Tourism Conclave 2026 on January 16-17 at Siliguri, West Bengal, to explore growth opportunities and strengthen collaboration in Eastern India.

In a press statement, ICC says that the conclave will feature hotel owners, brand representatives, developers, designers, tourism boards, technology firms, marketing professionals and F&B entrepreneurs. The event aims to provide a platform for discussions on evolving tourism models, direct booking strategies, technology, Online Travel Agencies and AI in guest journeys and business performance, branding, regional hotel growth and scaling Food and Beverage businesses.

The statement adds that Eastern India, including North Bengal, Sikkim and the Eastern Himalayan belt, is witnessing growing hotel development, improved connectivity and increased year-round travel demand. The conclave aims to boost collaboration among owners, investors, operators and policymakers to convert this momentum into sustainable and long-term growth.

The conclave is expected to host more than 500 delegates, including national industry leaders, exhibitors and stakeholders. The event will also highlight the region’s rising potential as a high-growth tourism and hospitality market.
