Roseate Hotels & Resorts has diversified into hotel management business with the signing of a new boutique property in Bhimtal
Roseate Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality division of Bird Group, an aviation logistics firm in India, has diversified into hotel management business with the signing of a new boutique property in Bhimtal in Uttarakhand, expanding its footprint in India’s leisure tourism market.
In a press statement, Roseate Hotels says that the development represents the brand’s expansion in India’s leisure travel segment through management partnerships.
Located overlooking Bhimtal Lake in the Kumaon region, the property will have 30 rooms with views of the lake. The hotel will undergo refurbishment before opening to guests in December.
With this project, Roseate Hotels & Resorts is expanding its presence in northern India’s tourism market, where destinations such as Bhimtal and Nainital continue to attract domestic leisure traveller, says the statement.
