Delhi is hosting an array of food fests this winter that you don’t want to miss.

Delhi has taken its sincere love for food to another level. At a time when the city is preparing to wrap itself with unshakable fog, people of the city have decided not to let go of the October’s festivity mood. The city is all set to host a number of food festivals in November and December. So, mark your calendars to eat your heart out this winter. The Waffle fest and Horn Ok Please food fests have just ended successfully on November 5, here is a list of the upcoming food festivals in Delhi that can be tried during winters.

The Delhi Food Truck Festival

The concept of food trucks is trending in the city. After the success of their first edition, India’s biggest food truck festival is making a comeback this month. The two days food truck festival is scheduled to take place on November 11- 12 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Lodi Road. The festival offers you an array of cuisines from both India and abroad. Be prepared to experience some live band performance, celeb talks and fun stand-up comedies along with food and music.

The Palate Fest

Satisfy your palate with the sixth edition of Palate Fest scheduled to be held on November 17-19 at Nehru Park. This was the first food and music festival to ever enter Delhi. Palate Fest will take you on a gastronomical adventure by bringing latest cafes, delis, restaurants, bakeries and brands of the town under one roof. The event is not just about food though; there are talks with celebrity and fun activities to go with your food.

Old Delhi Food Festival

The best part of Old Delhi is the plethora of street food available on every corner of this part of the city. The Old Delhi Food Festival brings you all of it at Ansal Plaza only for a day on November 25. It is back and is surely going to be bigger and better. This one-day event can serve your cravings for any kind of street food, ranging from kebabs and biryani to kulfi and kheer served with popular Old Delhi drinks.

Carnival de Cuisine

Here is another place that one can check out on November 25. This is the biggest theme-based food carnival scheduled to be held at Garden Galleria, Noida. The carnival is designed to have seven themes based on different cuisines. Themes based on Cuisine would be; Mughlai, States of India, Indian Street food, Mediterranean, Asian, Bakery and Paan Corner. The carnival will also have live performances of upcoming new brands and singers.

Mirchi Binge Fest 

After a good year in Mumbai, the Mirchi Binge Fest is now coming to Delhi. This festival is scheduled to be held on December 2 -3 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The two-day festival will have a variety of food, live music performances, shops from 50 plus fashion brands and its pet-friendly!

Dessertarian Fest

A one of a kind event, that’s meant to satisfy your sweet tooth. The Dessertarian Fest will be hosting the second edition of the fest from December 15 – 17 in Select City Walk, with more sugary delights this time. The fest aims to bring together a wide range of unique desserts from Delhi & NCR’s best bakeries, upcoming home-bakers & other vendors. This sweet extravaganza will offer the best of the city and will be a paradise for all deserts lovers.
