Shabad Ahuja to lead F&B operations at the Lodhi

Prior to joining the Lodhi, Ahuja served as a General Manager at MA-HE Coastal Indian in the United Kingdom

The Lodhi, a luxury hotel in New Delhi, has appointed Shabad Ahuja as its new Director of Food and Beverages. Ahuja will lead the hotel's F&B operations, aiming to elevate guest experiences and drive financial success.

The Lodhi, a member of the Leading Hotels of The World, has announced the appointment of Shabad Ahuja as the director of food and beverages. 

In a press statement, the hospitality group says that Ahuja will oversee all food and beverage operations, leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while optimising financial performance and fostering innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Prior to joining the Lodhi, Ahuja served as a General Manager at MA-HE Coastal Indian in the United Kingdom, a role which involved developing restaurant concepts, managing pre-opening activities, and implementing marketing strategies that increase customer engagement and revenue. Before that, Ahuja held various key positions at JW Marriott Hotels in Bengaluru and New Delhi. His expertise includes pre-opening management, beverage ordering, vendor negotiations, and maintaining high standards of service.
