“WTE Miami 2025 brings together a curated mix of international exhibitors, travel innovators and decision-makers in one dynamic marketplace. For visitors, it is a powerful platform to explore new business opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and stay competitive in a fast-evolving global travel landscape,” says Javier Pérez Palencia, Director of WTE Miami.
“We recognise tourism as a vital pillar of international trade and economic opportunity. We are proud to support WTE Miami 2025 as it connects global travel leaders, creates new business relationships, and positions Miami as a bridge between continents,” says Ivan Barrios, President and CEO of WTCM.
The statement adds that a growing list of major airline partners underscores the event’s importance. Delta Air Lines will return as the Official Partner Airline, reaffirming its commitment to the show’s highly focused, business-driven format.
“We are excited to rejoin WTE Miami in 2025. It is a unique platform that brings together the industry’s decision-makers and inspires meaningful conversations about the future of travel. Miami holds a strategic position in the Delta-LATAM Joint Venture, playing a key role in connecting North and South America, and reinforcing our commitment to seamless, cross-continental travel,” says Ignacio Borbolla, Regional Manager at Delta Air Lines.
It adds that Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) also resumes its role as Explorer Sponsor, emphasising WTE Miami’s reputation as a central platform for strengthening international connections within the travel sector.
The organisers say that WTE Miami brings together airlines, cruise lines, DMCs, tour operators, marketing organisations, and travel tech leaders. Its signature B2B matchmaking program remains a trademark feature, offering buyers and exhibitors targeted, high-value meetings that foster sustainable partnerships across the worldwide tourism ecosystem.
According to the statement, countries from Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia will be present, from established players like Brazil to new participants such as Somalia. Brazilian states in particular are strengthening their presence, with Ceará confirming its return and Bahia preparing to make its debut, showcasing a range of cultural, ecological, and adventure-focused tourism experiences.
Miami’s prominence as the world’s cruise capital will be reinforced during the exhibition, with industry leaders like Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and regional port authorities showcasing sector innovations.
Adding a media spotlight, the History Channel will unveil History Travel Solutions, a new multimedia platform linking storytelling with destination marketing to inspire cultural and historical travel experiences across the Americas.
