The Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism & Hospitality (FAITH), an umbrella organisation of tourism and hospitality industry, will host its annual Faith Conclave 2026 on July 16-17 in New Delhi, bringing together key stakeholders to discuss the future of India's tourism sector.

The Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism & Hospitality (FAITH), the apex body representing India’s travel, tourism and hospitality industry, has announced that the Faith Conclave 2026 will be held on July 16-17 in New Delhi under the theme Incredible India: Invaluable Economics.

In a press statement, FAITH says that the two-day conclave aims to bring together policymakers, industry leaders, aviation experts, global tourism executives, hospitality professionals and other stakeholders to deliberate on actionable initiatives that can unlock India’s tourism potential and position the country as a global tourism powerhouse.

The statement says that the conclave will focus on key priorities for India’s tourism sector, including year-round leisure tourism, aviation-led growth, hospitality competitiveness, frontier tourism, sustainable tourism development, inbound tourism strategy and strengthening India’s leadership in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector.

The conclave will be inaugurated by Union Minister of Tourism and Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. The inaugural session will also feature addresses by Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu and Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, while Gloria Guevara, CEO of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), will deliver the keynote address.

Other highlights include a keynote address by Member of Parliament Anurag Singh Thakur, a fireside chat with former Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan on unlocking the strategic potential of India’s border destinations, and an address by Suman Billa, Additional Secretary and Director General (Tourism), Government of India.

The programme will also include discussions with Germany’s Ambassador to India Philipp Ackermann on reimagining India’s inbound tourism strategy through global learnings, along with sessions on strengthening India’s MICE sector featuring Neeraj Kharwal, Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), and Hari Kishore, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism and Chairman, India Convention Promotion Bureau.

Special sessions will feature actors Boman Irani and Anupam Kher, while author and television personality Shailesh Lodha will present a session titled The Fun Side of Incredible India.

The event will also see participation from senior industry leaders, including Puneet Chhatwal of IHCL, Rajesh Magow of MakeMyTrip, Zubin Karkaria of VFS Global, Jyotsna Suri of the Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, KB Kachru of Radisson Hotel Group South Asia, Nipun Agarwal of Air India, Aloke Singh of IndiGo, Kevin Markette of Lufthansa Group and representatives from across the travel, tourism and hospitality ecosystem.
