Ziro Festival of Music (ZFM) , an annual music festival held in the Ziro Valley in Arunachal Pradesh in Northeast India, held in September, saw delightful participation from music lovers and travellers from all over. The lush golden, green and brown feilds of the Ziro Valley served as a wonderful backdrop for enthralling musical performances by local and international musicians, and many called this festival the Woodstock of the East. Campers and backpackers were also in for a treat with campsites located at the venue of the festival along with other spaces. Stalls and shops inside the venue had much to offer to visitors. The ZFM was a was a vibrant, lively experience for all, out in the pristine lush surroundings of the Ziro valley, and music lovers look forward to more such events.
