With India’s hospitality industry expanding rapidly, Bird Academy, part of Bird Group that caters to hospitality and aviation industries, and Roseate Hotels and Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand owned by Bird Hospitality, have partnered to launch the Hospitality Learning Centre, a training initiative aimed at equipping Class XII graduates and undergraduate students with industry-ready skills through specialised courses, hands-on training and placement opportunities in luxury hospitality.

In a press statement, Bird Academy says that the centre has been designed to provide purposeful, industry-ready training through seven specialised three-month courses across the core disciplines of hotel operations. These include Culinary Chef, Culinary Bakery, Front Office Operations, Spa Therapist, Cafe Operations, Butler Services and Housekeeping Operations.

The Hospitality Learning Centre offers seven specialised courses across key hotel operations

It adds that each course combines structured classroom learning with direct immersion into Roseate Hotels & Resorts’ day-to-day operations, enabling students to train alongside experienced hospitality professionals from the first day. Courses will be delivered by industry practitioners and visiting faculty from leading hospitality institutions, ensuring graduates acquire practical skills that are immediately relevant to the workplace.

This purposeful partnership with Bird Academy allows us to share that culture with India’s next generation of hospitality professionals, giving them the skills, the environment and the confidence to begin their careers at the very highest level. When you learn inside a Roseate property, excellence is not something you are taught.
