H-1B visa holders’ children over 21 years can’t stay in US as dependants

Once the children of Indian H-1B work visa holders turn 21, they will no longer be able to continue with their H-4 visas meant for dependents. They will either have to get a international student visa to continue their studies or self-deport to India.
