Incredible India at FITUR 2017

A delegation of 150 tourism professionals including 3 Indian states (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & Kerala) were present at the FITUR Tourism fair organised in Madrid from 18 to 22 January 2017. With the launch of a new Air India direct flight to Madrid, Indiatourism hopes to attract more tourists from Spain and Latin America. Vinod Zutshi, Secretary Tourism, Government of India, talks exclusively to Media India Group – the sole publisher of magazines about India in European language including Spanish (Destino la India magazine). He shares his plans for 2017, calls for investments in the sector and focus on key areas of promotion such as beach tourism, golf, wellness and adventure.
