Jagdish Chandra Bose was the Indian scientist who drew parallelism between plants and animals. Being the first Indian to be selected as a science fellow to the Royal Society of London, Bose also made significant contributions in the field of radio. India celebrates the contributions of this legendary scientist each year on November 30, his birth anniversary!
