IndiGo marks 20th anniversary with 20,000 free domestic tickets

IndiGo, India’s largest airline, has launched a special anniversary campaign, ‘IndiGoFree’, offering 20,000 free domestic tickets through fare refunds of up to INR 10,000 per PNR as it celebrates 20 years of operations.

IndiGo, the largest airline in India has announced the launch of IndiGoFree, a limited-period offer to mark its 20th anniversary, giving eligible customers the opportunity to receive a full refund of their booking fare, up to INR 10,000 per PNR.

In a press statement, IndiGo says that the offer is valid on domestic flight bookings made through IndiGo’s direct channels, including its website, mobile app and 6Eskai, the airline’s AI-powered virtual assistant, between August 4 and 6.

It adds that customers will be selected at random from eligible bookings and will receive an email and WhatsApp invitation to answer a simple question. They will have three chances to answer correctly, and those who do will receive a refund of their booking fare, up to INR 10,000 per PNR, within three to five business days.

The offer applies to all domestic Economy Class and IndiGoStretch bookings for both one-way and return journeys booked through the airline’s direct channels.
