According to the operator, the kitchen model is designed to maintain service continuity across all hours.

Company officials say the concept responds to irregular travel schedules and the lack of non-terminal facilities for rest near major airports. Unlike traditional hotels that follow fixed check-in times, the stop allows shorter stays tailored to transit needs, work breaks, or overnight waits.

The site is also positioned to attract local visitors because of its proximity to business districts, including CyberHub in Gurugram. Operators say the facility is intended to function both as a transit stop for air travellers and as a late-night service point for people in the surrounding area.
