Second Global Skill Development Meet in Paris
The biggest gathering in skill development with training professionals from India and seven European nations was seen at the recently concluded, Europe India Foundation for Excellence or EIFE in Paris. Organised in collaboration with the Embassy of India, Paris, the National Skill Development Corporation, the OECD, the UNDP and the largest French industry association, UIMM, the event was organised for the second time in the French capital. Focussing on sectors such as aviation, defence, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality, the event had training experts from Germany, Switzerland, Russia, Belgium, Austria, the United Kingdom and France participate in the meet and lend their expertise to India. The meet concluded with discussions at B2B meetings, signing of MoUs, letters of intent, and undertaking of new projects.
