Wonderla Holidays, India’s largest amusement park group, has taken a big step in its digital journey by launching a mobile-first park management system in partnership with QueueBuster, a leading retail technology company. This new system features an industry-first Single QR Code, which allows guests to enter the park faster, enjoy shorter queues, and make seamless, cashless transactions. The platform is now available at all Wonderla parks in Bengaluru, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar through the online booking portals.
In a press statement, Wonderla Parks says that the Single QR Code is at the heart of Wonderla’s new digital ecosystem. It combines entry, food and beverage outlets, retail shops, locker access, and costume rentals into one simple and connected system. Visitors can enter the park quickly by scanning the QR code at multiple gates, redeem pre-booked meal plans easily, and use RFID-enabled lockers and costume rental services immediately. All payments are cashless and secure, making the overall experience more convenient for guests.
The statements adds that this new digital platform not only improves guest convenience but also helps Wonderla operate more efficiently and grow its revenues. Integrating billing, finance, and inventory systems allows for faster order processing and fewer queues. The company also plans to introduce new offers like combos, digital wallets and loyalty programmes to increase spending per visitor. Real-time data from all parks supports quicker, informed decisions to enhance both guest experience and business performance.
