FHRAI to host 55th Annual Convention in Bengaluru

The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) has announced that its 55th Annual Convention will be held from September 12 - 14 in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

One of India’s premier tourism and hospitality events, the 55th Annual Convention of the The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), will take place from September 12 – 14 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, bringing together industry leaders to address challenges, explore innovations and discuss the future of India’s hospitality and tourism sectors.
In a press statement FHRAI says that the three-day event is expected to be the largest business and networking platform for the tourism and hospitality industry in India.
It adds that this year’s convention will bring together over 1,200 key stakeholders, including policymakers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and academicians.

The statement adds that the event aims to build on the previous year’s theme, Tourism@2047: Incredible to Inevitable India, and will focus on emerging trends, innovations and collaborative efforts to create a more resilient hospitality ecosystem.
It adds that the FHRAI Annual Convention has long been a vital forum for dialogue within the hospitality sector, providing a platform for exchanging ideas, strategies, and solutions to the industry’s challenges.
FHRAI says that it plays a key role in shaping the future of hospitality and tourism in India, serving as a crucial space for collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
It adds that the event will feature various activities, including panel discussions, keynote addresses, and interactive forums aimed at driving sustainable growth and innovation.
According to statement last year, the convention saw participation from over 800 industry veterans. This year’s expected turnout of 1,200 reflects growing interest in the industry’s evolution and its potential for future-focused development.

It adds that since its establishment in 1955, FHRAI has represented over 60,000 hotels and 500,000 restaurants across India. Through its engagement with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and international associations and it continues to advocate for the growth of Indian tourism and hospitality through policy advocacy, research, education, and industry dialogues.
It further adds that the 55th Annual Convention promises to be a pivotal moment for the Indian hospitality sector as it looks towards a more sustainable, inclusive and innovative future.
