Seasoned global leader to spearhead wellness, luxury and sustainable expansion

Real estate and wellness firm Ridhira Group has appointed global hospitality veteran Philip Logan as Group President to lead its wellness-focussed expansion, develop luxury communities, and advance sustainable, wellness-driven real estate and lifestyle ventures.

Ridhira Group, a wellness-focussed real estate and hospitality company, has announced the appointment of Philip Logan as Group President to spearhead its strategic expansion and wellness-centric growth.

In a press statement, Ridhira Group says that in his new role, Logan will oversee the Group’s operations across hospitality, wellness communities, residential real estate and lifestyle ventures, with a mandate to scale wellness resort communities, launch master-planned developments, and embed wellness-driven living into every project.

The statement adds that Logan brings with him over three decades of global leadership experience spanning Asia, Europe, and Australia, with senior positions in renowned organisations such as Emaar, Accor, Royal Orchid Hotels and Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia.

It adds that in India, he is widely recognised for his impactful leadership at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), where he elevated the property into one of the country’s leading hospitality and MICE destinations.

His portfolio also features iconic projects such as Boulder Hills Golf & Country Club, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and London’s 41-storey Canary Wharf development, home to the acclaimed Bokan restaurant and rooftop bar.
