Megha Bhatia named CCO of Eve Air Mobility
Eve Air Mobility, the urban air mobility subsidiary of Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer, has appointed Megha Bhatia as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
In a press statement, Eve Air Mobility says that Megha Bhatia, formerly Chief Strategy Officer at Jet Support Services (JSSI), will oversee global sales, market intelligence and government relations
It adds that Bhatia spent over a decade at Rolls-Royce in leadership roles, eventually becoming Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Business Aviation.
It further adds that Bhatia transformed team performance to achieve record sales and enhanced client experiences through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

The statement adds that Eve has the largest backlog in the industry with Letters of Intent for 2,900 eVTOL aircraft, potentially worth USD 14.5 billion across 30 customers in 13 countries. Additionally, Eve has agreements with 14 service and operations customers in 9 countries and pre-deals for its Vector air traffic management solution with 17 customers across nine countries.
It adds that Eve has marked a significant milestone by assembling its first full-scale eVTOL prototype at Embraer’s facility in Gavião Peixoto, São Paulo, and selecting primary suppliers. The company is now moving into comprehensive testing to assess the aircraft’s performance and safety features.
