Coventry University Group launches India hub in New Delhi
In a significant step towards deepening the educational and research collaboration between the United Kingdom and India, Coventry University Group inaugurated its India Hub in New Delhi.
In a press statement, Coventry University says the hub will support its admissions, recruitment, and partnership initiatives across India and the region.
Coventry University says that the hub employs around 70 people and aims to strengthen ties with Indian organisations and enhance research collaboration between India and the UK.
It adds that the India Hub is the latest in Coventry University‘s global network, with others in Brussels, Africa, China and Singapore.
It further adds that the space features a minimalist corporate design created by interior architecture and design students from Coventry University.
The statement adds that Coventry University had already worked with Indian organisations like KPIT, L&T Technology Services, and institutions such as IIT-Ropar, Vellore Institute of Technology, Mohan Foundation, and Gitam University.
It adds that potential collaborations are being explored in sectors like aviation and healthcare.
It further adds that senior leaders, including Vice-Chancellor Professor John Latham, met staff at the hub during the inaugural ceremony.
“Coventry University’s forward-thinking international approach brings fantastic benefits to our organisation and to those we work with across the globe. Our new India Hub is already playing a key part in enhancing our global presence and we hope it will lead to some exciting collaborations in the region,” says Latham.
